Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies


For Floto items: It is very important to send an email prior to returning your item. Returns that were shipped free will have the original shipping cost of $15 deducted. Exchanges are shipped free as a courtesy. Read the Floto return policy and instructions here.

Melie Bianco bags: You may return unused items purchased at Silvia's Shop within 10 days of ship date. Please send an email to receive an RMA # (Return Authorization). Returns without an RMA or late returns are refused. Mail via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and email us the tracking # that comes with delivery confirmation.

Return for refunds: The shipping cost is reimbursed if the UNUSED product is defective or the return is the result of an error. All other returns will have the original shipping cost (including free shipping specials) and a $5 restocking fee deducted.

Return to exchange: There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Exchanges must pay shipping and the difference if the price is not equal.

Credit will be issued in the same manner as your original payment within 1 day of receiving the returned item.

Shipped Items Undelivered, Refused, Incorrect Address, or Recipient Unavailable

If the purchaser and/or the recipient of a shipped item refuses the item upon delivery or the item is shipped back undelivered due to the fault of the purchaser giving incorrect or incomplete shipping information or because the recipient was not available at the time of delivery, the purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping and handling.

If the purchaser wishes to have the item re-shipped then the purchaser shall be responsible for all new shipping and handling fees to re-ship the item(s).

A 20% Restocking Fee applies if purchaser refused delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions as stated above. Items not returned in the same condition may be subject to a higher Restocking Fee or refusal of the return/refund.

When will my item ship?
Your item will ship via USPS within 24 hrs from payment (weekends excluded). You will receive an email with the details. Express Mail is available for an additional charge.

How long will it take to receive my item?
Your item is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It takes 1-3 business days excluding the day it was shipped. Expedited Shipping is available at an additional cost. USPS Express Mail takes 1-2 business days depending on your zipcode. Please email with your zipcode for a quote.

Do you ship to other countries?
Due to high problems with fraud in International transactions Silvia's Shop only ships to a selective few countries at this time. The name and address on the credit card must match the shipping address. Shipping options are USPS Express International (3-5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (6-14 business days). If your country is not on the list please email for consideration.
